Since 2005, OMV Energy operating in Türkiye’s Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) sector has become one of the important actors of the market and become the leader in the market in the supply of LNG by providing high quality of service and a customer-focused solution approach. The LNG needs of customers operating all over Türkiye is being provided by OMV Gaz İletim A.Ş which is an affiliated association company of OMV. 

By the reason of being environmentally friendly and economical fuel, the use and importance of natural gas is increasing every day in Türkiye because it brought the right solution to the energy needs along with the economic growth. • Natural Gas Wholesale Sales License: DTS / 1509-1 / 170 - Valid for 30 years from 28.02.2008.
• Import (Spot LNG) License: DIT / 4829-2 / 333 - Valid for 30 years from 16.01.2014.
• POWER Procurement License: ETS / 3851-12 / 2336 - valid for 30 years from 01.06.2012.
• LNG Transmission License (OGİ): DIL / 509-28 / 091 - Valid for 30 years from 07.07.2005.

OMV attaches importance to the confidentiality of all information and information assets and has an information security structuring that is specialized on the country basis, starting from the international level.

The Information Security Policy, which was prepared within the scope of the existing Information Security Management System adopted by OMV Enerji Ticaret A.Ş. and OMV Gaz İletim A.Ş., was constituted to define and implement the requirements and obligations contained in the ISO 27001:2013 standard.

Within the scope of all enterprise information systems and information assets in which the information is processed or mediated in the processes of NG, LNG, Electricity Sales, Marketing and Trade, Logistics, Portfolio Management, Commercial Support, Information Technologies, Finance, Human Resources, the conformity of OMV Enerji Ticaret A.Ş. to the ISO 27001:2013 standard was certified.

Within the scope of all enterprise information systems and information assets in which the information is processed or mediated in the processes of the transportation of LNG by road , Logistics, Portfolio Management, Commercial Support, Information Technologies, Finance, Human Resources, the conformity of OMV Gaz İletim A.Ş. to the ISO 27001:2013 standard was certified.

The works such as rising the awareness of employees, following the current events and establishing the precaution controls, identifying the risk areas and taking measures, ensure the ISMS to be a process extended all over the organisation.
