LNG Vehicle Filling Plant has been activated

OMV Türkiye, which pioneered the use of LNG in land transportation in Türkiye, has implemented its mobility investments in two stages. OMV Türkiye, which became the market leader in LNG sales in 2020 according to the Energy Market Regulatory Agency (EMRA) report, replaced 10 percent of its 80-car tanker fleet which has high safety standards with vehicles using LNG fuel. Thus, OMV Türkiye has got the largest LNG-fuelled fleet in Türkiye. In parallel with this investment, OMV Türkiye also commissioned a closed-circuit LNG filling garage in Bolu to serve LNG-fuelled tankers. OMV Türkiye General Manager Serkan Hotoğlu addressed these two investments at a press conference held on March 18, 2021.
